- All parties are limited to a two-hour window beginning at the time of their reservation.
- We only seat complete parties. Please be sure you and your guests are at The Bradford at the time of the reservation, as we only hold a table for a grace period of 15 minutes before offering it to our waitlist.
- Although every effort is made to honor requests, OUTDOOR SEATING IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED AND BASED ON PARTY SIZE - IT CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.
- Parties of 9+ may be sat at different but adjacent tables.
- Should you choose to bring in dessert, there is an Outside Dessert Fee of $3 per person – NO other outside food or drink is permitted.
- IN AN EFFORT TO MAINTAIN APPEARANCE/ATMOSPHERE - Party Décor such as and not limited to balloons, signs, banners and centerpieces are NOT PERMITTED. The use of glitter and the attachment of items to walls, floors, ceilings or curtains is also prohibited.
- 20% Gratuity will be added to all parties of 6 or more.
- All parties of 7+ guests must email email@example.com for booking.
- Larger parties are capped at a 15 guest MAXIMUM – Parties of 16 or more guests REQUIRE a Food & Beverage Minimum or package booked in advance of the reservation date. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for large party inquires.
